Nicole Malene

For over 7 years Nicole has guided her students and clients by facilitating the awareness of their own mind and body. With a degree in Nutrition & Exercise Science, a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Instructor and experience working in facilities around the world, Nicole works with a diverse range of individuals helping them tap into their highest potential.

Her offerings include yoga, acrobatics, mindfulness and meditation, stress-reduction and exercise rehabilitation-inspired training sessions. Her work is shared in the form of group classes, individual privates, workshops, online sessions, movement festivals and yoga retreats in both English and Spanish. She has shared space with students of all ages, of many different backgrounds and with diverse ranges of skill level.

Alongside her personal projects and classes, Nicole is currently working at the University of Nebraska-Omaha as an adjunct instructor teaching online courses on Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga and Relaxation Techniques.

It’s so interesting how equally beautiful and frustrating it can be to discover who we are and what we need. Nothing in my life has been more profound than diving deep into the workings of my own body and mind. I discovered that often times, mindful movement is all I need to find balance. I hope to help you discover that as well.”
