How do the online sessions work?

Reach out to me about your goals and we can get started! We’ll find a time that works for us, you choose what you want to work on, how often you’d like to meet

Do I have to make weekly commitments?

No! You can buy sessions randomly at your leisure at any time. No commitment necessary.

How can I pay you?

I accept cash, Venmo or Paypal!

Where are you currently based out of?

I am currently based out of San Isidro Del General, Costa Rica. I am living and working at a family owned eco-lodge where we host people from all over the world for retreats, movement classes and visits to explore the mountain terrain.
I currently travel back to the states every 3-4 months. Check out my events page for my schedule and send an email for event requests in your area!

Do you only teach online?

No! I also offer in person retreats and classes/workshops in whatever city I travel to.

Do you only offer one-on-one sessions?

No! You can book sessions with me anywhere from 1-20 people. Prices will vary.
