A 4 class series focused on caring for the back.

The series is comprised of 1 hour movements sessions every week, each tackling different aspects of back care. We'll progress from postures revolved around acute pain relief all the way to strengthening for injury prevention.

Back pain is the most common area of the body that health care professionals see when dealing with chronic pain. There are many reasons why back pain can occur and many different ways to bring balance to your body's mechanics to prevent and deal with pain. My aim is to give you a general tool box of postures and movement practices that you can use and pick from to take with you as works best for you and your back!
